Creating ADAC's award winning multi-channel online strategy
Apr 2012 -Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) was created on the 4th March 2006 to spearhead the redevelopment of the Emirate's aviation infrastructure. ADAC has set itself an ambitious objective to have at least 20 million passengers per year pass through their flagship Abu Dhabi International Airport by 2015. This ambitious goal had to be matched with an ambitious online strategy.
In preparation for these targets ADAC realised that in parallel to the modernisation of their airports and terminals, the online support of these objectives is essential. All online activities were evaluated and redefined, from conceptualisation to build, hosting and ongoing enhancements.
Indivirtual was selected as the digital partner of choice for all online activities. A multi-channel strategy was drafted spanning B2B and B2C desktop sites, mobile, social, email, campaign sites and even off-line kiosks.
