From their main headquarters located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Yamaha Motor Europe deploys their pan-European internet activities with Indivirtual as their main partner. Besides having a non-stop on-site support presence, Indivirtual has become the preferred partner for expanding Yamaha's online presence and the development of new internet rich applications as well as the overall technical support and improvements. Yamama uses a Content Management System by SDL Tridion. Indivirtual is one of the most experienced implementation partners for SDL Tridion products.
Most recently the eye catching Adobe® Flex Yamalube application (click to view) has been deployed. This application has been fully designed and built by Indivirtual, where the cooperation between the different departments, both on- and off-site, has been most crucial... and successful.
Currently there are several other projects in the final testing phases of going live, which range from full scale graphical redesign of certain Yamaha product sections, more Adobe® Flex applications with a lot more interactivity with the visitor as well as large technological infrastructure upgrades for backend usage to speed up and simplify processes, but making life a lot easier for the Website Administrators.
