A digital strategy is very similar to a business strategy. Topics such as objectives, competitors, resources and earnings need to be considered, and then developed into a strategic plan.
Through years of experience, Indivirtual was inspired to create the Business Model Canvas. This canvas is composed of nine modules:
- Customer Segments - Who are your customers now? Who are your target customers?
- Value Propositions - What value do you offer your client?
- Channels - What are your channels - both online and traditional?
- Customer Relationships - How are they built and maintained?
- Income Streams - How is your value proposition converted into revenue?
- Key Resources - Who and / or what is needed to deliver the strategy?
- Core activities - What key activities do you carry out?
- Key Partners – Who are they and are they required?
- Cost Structure – What does your cost structure look like?
During these sessions, as the canvas becomes a visual representation of your business, we start to generate ideas and concepts relevant to an achievable online strategy.
Strategy Elaboration
In the final session, through the use of proven templates, our consultants will create a final document that clearly outlines your online strategy. Thereafter, if needed, we would work closely with you to help outline and demonstrate the online strategy to relevant stakeholders within your organisation to help you get that crucial buy-in from all decision makers.
